Antonio Brown 10 Fast Facts, Bio, Wiki
Brown is the father of four sons and two daughters. He has three sons and a daughter with Chelsie Kyriss, and two other children by two other women. In September 2019, Brown re-enrolled for online classes at his alma mater, Central Michigan University. Brown is the cousin of Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown, who was drafted in 2019 as well as former wide receiver Kenbrell Thompkins. Antonio Tavaris Brown Sr. is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. Raised in Liberty City, Miami, Brown attended Miami Norland High School. He played college football at Central Michigan University, where he earned All-American honors in 2008 and 2009 as a punt returner. A sixth-round steal in the 2010 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers, Brown is regarded as one of the best receivers of the 2010s, achieving the most first-team All-Pros at his position during the decade with four. He amassed more receptions than any other player in the league from his rookie season in 2010 through 2018. During Brown’s first season with the Steelers, the team advanced to Super Bowl XLV but lost to the Green Bay Packers. He finished his rookie season with 16 receptions for 167 yards in ten games. During his second NFL season, he became the first player in NFL history to have more than 1,000 yards receiving and returning in the same year. For his efforts, Brown was selected as a punt returner for the 2012 Pro Bowl. In 2013, he became the only receiver in NFL history to record five receptions and at least 50 yards in every single game of an NFL season. Although his on-the-field productivity continued over the next several seasons, including leading the league in receptions and receiving yards in 2014, receptions in 2015, receiving yards in 2017, and receiving touchdowns in 2018, Brown’s relationship with the Steelers soured, especially with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, and he eventually requested a trade. In 2019, Brown was traded to the Oakland Raiders, who then made him the highest-paid receiver in the league. However, his time in Oakland was short-lived, and following several off-the-field incidents, including a confrontation with general manager Mike Mayock, the team released Brown without him ever playing a regular-season game with the team. Brown signed with the New England Patriots shortly thereafter but was cut after appearing in just one game. At the time, the NFL was investigating sexual assault allegations made against him. After spending the rest of 2019 and beginning of 2020 as a free agent, he signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with whom he won Super Bowl LV over the Kansas City Chiefs. He was released near the end of the 2021 season after stripping off his uniform and running off of the field during a game against the New York Jets. Antonio Brown was born on July 10, 1988, in Miami, Florida, to former ‘Arena Football League’ player, Eddie Brown, and Adrianne Moss. His father, who played for the ‘Albany/Indiana Firebirds,’ was voted the league’s greatest player ever. Antonio has a younger brother named Desmond Brown, who also became a professional footballer and plays for ‘Pittsburgh Panthers.’ His parents separated in the mid-1990s after his father started playing for the ‘Albany/Indiana Firebirds.’ His mother remarried when he was twelve years old. Subsequently, he was kicked out of the house at the age of sixteen as he didn’t get along well with his stepfather. For about 6 months, he had to spend his nights at a friend’s place, inside a car, or in a cheap motel. He attended ‘Miami Norland High School’ in Miami, Florida, where he earned the ‘North Athlete of the Year’ title at the 2005 ‘Miami-Dade Gridiron Classic.’ However, as his academic performance suffered due to his personal issues, he missed an entry into the ‘Florida State University’ and had to take prep classes at ‘North Carolina Tech’ for a year in 2006. After spending a season at ‘North Carolina Tech,’ he earned a scholarship to ‘Florida International University’ in Miami. However, even before he could officially join the team, he was expelled for getting into a dispute. Fortunately, he got a call from Zach Azzanni, an old acquaintance, who offered him a place at ‘Central Michigan University.’ Antonio Brown has five children. His son Antonio Brown Jr. and daughter Antanyiah were born from his relationship with a former partner. In 2011, he started a relationship with Chelsie Kyriss, with whom he has three children, Autonomy, Ali, and Apollo. In early 2017, he was spotted with model Jenna Frumes, sparking dating rumors. However, once the rumors started to spread, he reportedly left her to be with his partner Kyriss. He has also been in a relationship with Keyshia Cole. After being selected by the ‘Pittsburgh Steelers’ in the 2010 ‘NFL Draft,’ he chose 84 as his jersey number. According to him, 32 (8×4) teams overlooked him before he became part of the ‘Pittsburgh Steelers.’ On March 2016, he appeared on the 22nd season of ‘ABC’ network’s dance competition show ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ He competed in the show with Sharna Burgess, his professional dancing partner, and reached the semifinals. Brown also participated on the first season of the American version of ‘The Masked Singer’ on January 3, 2019, but got eliminated in the first episode.
