This South Korean drama is about Han Jae-Hyun, a 40 years old man who is a handsome, ambitious, wealthy businessman. A long time before his success, he fell in love with a girl at his university. He was 20 years old back then, active in the student movement, and meet Yoon Ji-soo. Besides, Yoon Ji-soo is now a mother and a contract worker. She recalled on back days when accidentally meeting Han Jae-Hyun. They have a second chance at the most beautiful moments in their lives. He is Psychometric is a K-drama 2019 aired on tvN, which story about Lee Ahn (acted by Park Jin-young that has the superpower of psychometric. He can read a person or an object through physical contact. He also then use his special power to get the bad people down. Later on, he meets Yoon Jae-in, who has a painful secret. Along with the prosecutor and his foster guardian Kang Sung-mo and investigator Eun JI-soo, they try to solve the haunting case of Ahn, Sung-mo, and Jae-in to find the culprit. Park Jin-young become the lead actor in this K-drama as Lee Ahn. He has a handsome appearance yet not really smart. His mission is to diminish the devil in the world using his psychometric ability. The drama started on March 11, 2019, and he got to team up with lead actress Shin Ye-eun as Yoon Jae-In. Some fun facts about this drama, Park Jin-young, and Shin Ye-eun are under the same label, JYP Entertainment. Park Jin-young was contracted with JYO on GOT7 since 2014, whereas Shin Ye-eun has an exclusive contract since August 2018.
Legend of the Blue Sea (2016)
Not many people aware that Park Jin-young also had ever played a minor role in the popular drama in 2016, ‘Legend of the Blue Sea”. He was acting as the young Heo Joon Jae, the famous star, Lee Min Ho, the character in this drama. Jin-young becomes the young Dam Ryun, the past character of Heo Joon Jae, in different life eras. Jin-young was plotted as young Lee Min-ho, who meet the mermaid, Sae Hwa in the Joseon era. The mermaid has told him how is their first meeting has been forgetting. Yet, the young Dam Ryung has to be married to someone else, and the mermaid still not adult enough to have feet. Young Jin-young could not resist on his wedding day. He preferred to get to the sea since he believes that the mermaid, Sae Hwa will be saving his life. Then, it’s true Sae Hwa, the mermaid, come to catch him and give her breath, yet it made his memory lost. The young Dam Ryun is awake without remembering what is happening before with his relation to a mermaid. Until one day in a different life, they are cross paths with each other. When a Man Falls in Love (2013)
Park Jin-young gets involved in K-drama When a Man Fell in Love in 2013. This drama tells about Han Tae-sang, who worked on the gangster of a loan shark, which destroyed his family. His love life with Seo Mi-do, the book store owner, gets intertwined with three others, making him change entirely based on one moment. This drama has aired on MBC. Dream High 2 (2012)
It becomes the first K-drama that Park Jin-young ever played, which was broadcast by KBS in 2012. It is the sequel of the first K-drama “Dream High” that has been successful before, yet this sequel was less successful on the result. Park Jin-young becomes Jung Ui-Bong, who is the Kirin student. He got a supporting role in this K-drama. The drama story is about Kirin High School taken over by Oz Entertainment because of financial bankruptcy. Therefore, Oz Entertainment transferred all their idol star to Kirin High School to avoid the law of not requiring entertainers under age to study. This lead to the conflict between students at Kirin High School of Art and the newly transferred idol from Oz Entertainment.
