Nam Joo-hyuk starred in a drama called “The Bride of Habaek,” an adaptation from a manhwa where the story is about a god of water who will become a king. In order to become a king he needs to collect three sacred stones in earth. While searching for the stones, he meets Yoon So-ah, a psychiatric who has debts. Habaek and So-ah become involved in a romantic relationship. Later on, it’s revealed that So-ah actually came from a family who are servants of god. So-ah, who has a miserable life, was starting to find hope after she met Habaek. Of course, at first she doesn’t want to fall in love with Habaek, but a lot of things happened to both of them and they started to grow feelings for each other.
