Park Hyung-sik & Nam Ji-hyun – What Happens to My Family?

In the series, Park Hyung-sik acted as Cha Dal-bong, the youngest child of the Cha family who is struggling with finding a stable job. His counterpart was Nam Ji-hyun who acted as Kang Seo-wool, a country girl who moves to Seoul in the hopes of getting married to Dal-bong. Seo-wool suddenly shows up announcing her marriage to Dal-bong. Unknown to Seo-wool, Dal-bong isn’t the one she is searching for but Yoon Eun-ho (Seo Kang-joon). When they were in middle school, Eun-ho and Dal-bong went on a school field trip. When Eun-ho gets pulled in by the water, Seo-wool saves him. Eun-ho promises to marry her under the assumption that he is Dal-bong. Seo-wool teaches Dal-bong about caring for his father and realizing his potential. In the end, Dal-bong successfully manages his father’s tofu shop and even develops new items. He proposes to Kang Seo-wool. He shyly hands her a ring and she holds out a finger telling him to put the ring on it. Cha Dal-bong confesses his love for her and the whole family congratulates them. Park Hyung-sik & Lim Ji-yeon – High Society

In the series, Park Hyung-sik acted as Yoo Chang-soo, a chaebol who works as the executive director of Yumin Department Store. His counterpart was Lim Ji-yeon who acted as Lee Ji-yi, a bright girl who works part-time at Yumin Department Store to make ends meet. At first, Yoo Chang-soo and Lee Ji-yi have a cat and dog relationship. They often bicker and are at each other’s throats. Chang-soo starts to take interest in Ji-yi and makes some moves on her. After some time, Ji-yi confesses that she starts to like Chang-soo and they start to see each other. However, Chang-soo’s mother is not approving their relationship. Ji-yi also says that she wouldn’t want to marry into a household who is against their union either. Ji-yi and Chang-soo break up and their relationship is getting worse. She misses him terribly. On the other hand, Chang-soo asks his mother if he can have Lee Ji-yi and then begs his mother to let him have Lee Ji-yi. He tells her mother that he doesn’t want to be separated from her mother and he doesn’t want to be separated from Ji-yi either. Chang-soo’s mother meets with Ji-yi and says that she won’t oppose their marriage. Ji-yi comes home to find Chang-soo waiting for her on her rooftop. Chang-soo says that he wants to live with her and asks if she will live with him. Ji-yi says yes without hesitation, and they embrace each other with huge smiles on their faces. Park Hyung-sik & Go A-ra – Hwarang

In this series, Park Hyung-sik acted as Sammaekjong/King Ji-dwi/King Jinheung. He is a young king who goes into hiding due to assassination attempts. He secretly becomes a hwarang warrior to gain strength and leadership ability. He joins the hwarang under the assumed identity of Kim Ji-dwi. He falls into a love triangle relationship with Go A-ra and Park Seo-joon. Go A-ra acted as Kim Ah-ro, a cheerful and straightforward girl. She works as a physician of the Hwarang and later falls in love with Kim Sun-woo (Park Seo-joon). Kim Ji-dwi and Kim Sun-woo are becoming Hwarang members with their false identities respectively. Kim Ji-dwi hides his identity as an undercover king, while Kim Sun-woo uses his late friend’s identity who is Kim Ah-ro’s older brother. Since the beginning, Ji-dwi has had a one-sided love with Ah-ro. However, Sun-woo’s protective feelings toward Ah-ro turns out to be love. Although Ah-ro’s feelings are mutual with Sun-woo’s, they can’t be together as they are supposed to be siblings.
