As we know the concept of NCT is having unlimited numbers of members, it is not a new thing anymore for the fans. The two new members were introduced to the public on September 20th, 2020, as they were preparing another new project that will combine all of the members for their second album, NCT 2020 Resonance Pt. 1 on October 12th, 2020, featuring all 4 units and the 2 new members, Shotaro and Sungchan, who are set to join a future NCT unit. So, right now NCT consists of 23 members as of October 2020.
