Just like the common K-Pop idols, IVE’s Wonyoung is also going on a diet while maintaining her Barbie-like body. One of the best ways to start a diet like Wonyoung is to copy her diet plan and meal preparation! Fun fact, despite her amazing body appearance, IVE’s Wonyoung is a food lover. Wonyoung once revealed that eating delicious foods was one of her routines, but she didn’t get a chance to eat everything that she wanted. As for the meal, she didn’t very picky or consumed certain foods only. Instead, she ate some high-calorie foods like pasta or risotto during one of the V Live sessions. Ever since 2020, Wonyoung has done pilates as her workout routine, even she was also showing off her regular pilates pose during one of the IVE’s shows. Wonyoung is well-known for her flexibility as she was able to do a split while turning her legs 360 degrees which was showcased through a TV program! Aside from pilates, Wonyoung also goes for flying yoga. That workout is helpful to gain strength, flexibility, blood circulation, even improving balance.
