Cha Eun-woo’s birth name is Lee Dong-min. He has a younger brother named Lee Dong-hwi. Lee Dong-hwi was born in 1999. He is the same age as Cha Eun-woo’s group member Rocky. Seems like Cha Eun-woo’s brother doesn’t have any social media, or maybe he has his accounts on private. According to a Korean blog, Cha Eun-woo’s younger brother Lee Dong-hwi is currently studying in China at Fudan University in Shanghai where he is majoring in journalism and broadcasting. In 2019, Cha Eun-woo’s brother enlisted in the military. Cha Eun-woo’s brother served in the military at the same time as EXO’s D.O. A fan spotted Cha Eun-woo sending his brother off. Eun-woo told his younger brother if he uses the same room as D.O., to be polite and get along with him. He also notified him to write letters. Unfortunately, there are no official or clear pictures of Lee Dong-hwi. There is a picture of Eun-woo’s brother circulating but it’s not confirmed to be his real sibling.

Since they were children, Cha Eun-woo and his younger brother have had a close relationship. He would ride around the neighborhood with his brother in the back seat of his bike, attracting attention and love from the security guards next door. On a variety show, Cha Eun-woo mentioned his younger brother. When asked whether his brother is handsome, Cha Eun-woo said, “He is cute.” When asked who is more attractive of the two, Cha Eun-woo explained, “Compared to me, he is more talented, and his face is also smaller than mine.”

The question stated, “How handsome is the brother of Cha Eun-woo oppa?” Rocky, without a second thought, answered with “I am really shocked since we are the same age.” Lee Dong-hwi and Rocky were born in 1999. Rocky said that Dong-hwi’s face is smaller than Cha Eun-woo’s. Rocky is impressed and captivated by Cha Eun-woo’s brother’s appearance. Rocky said that Eun-woo’s brother’s face is handsome, and his nose is really beautiful. Also, he said that Eun-woo’s brother is taller than Eun-woo. Rocky also said that both Eun-woo and his brother are handsome, “Eun-woo and his brother are both extremely attractive. They were born in the right generation, in my opinion.
