Story of “Save Me”

Seeking rescue when life is not going well is what the story of “Save Me” by BTS wants to tell us. The lyrics describe the fear and frustration of someone who is looking for help to save their life from darkness. That person begins to lose his identity slowly to the point where he does not know what to do, and the last thing he remembers is asking for help to be saved. In despair, he kept begging and asking for help from someone to save him because he really could not take it anymore. However, in the end, he finally realized that, actually, no one else could help him but himself. So, when he finally managed to save himself, he thanked himself for saving himself from hardship.
