Lee Taemin as a child was dreaming of becoming a pilot, yet he found that dancing is fascinating. He watched Michael Jackson’s performances and inspired to be like him. He started developing as a dancer more seriously. His parents recognize his ability and support him to try the 2005 SM Open Weekend Audition Casting. This weekend audition was popular as somewhat hard to get succeed, however, Taemin passed. He debuted on May 25, 2008, as a SHINee member along with Onew, Key, Minho, and Jonghyun. Taemin was active as a singer and dancer in a boy group, but he also tried acting in “Tae Hee, Hye Kyo, Ji Hyun”. He also tried voice-over and contributed to the Korean animated movie ‘The Outback’.
